No 60163 Tornado is the newest steam locomotive on Britain’s main line railways. Built by the A1 Steam Locomotive Trust to a 1948 design using the latest technology, Tornado first ran in 2008, and has since been a regular performer all over Britain, including a visit to Inverness in 2013.
